1. Your glasses can take an additional 2 to 20 days if they have complicated or special lenses.
2. Goods will only be sent to the billing address. Your billing and credit card addresses must be the same.
3. It is recommended that you use the optional insurance method for expensive spectacles and expensive sunglasses as this way they are covered by insurance in case of loss in transit. We cannot be held responsible for expensive items lost in transit if you use the normal Free Post. This can be selected from the drop down box on shipping page at checkout.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable and an additional charge of £10.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of WholesaleSpecs or the courier. WholesaleSpec reserves the right to review shipping costs and policy.
